Peace at Home Campaign in San Francisco

Mayor Edwin Lee, Board of Supervisors President David Chiu, District Attorney George Gascon, the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women, and anti-domestic violence advocates are launching San Francisco’s new Peace at Home campaign to build public awareness about San Francisco’s redoubled commitment to end domestic violence.

To learn more about the program, please attend the press conference on December 13. The event will take place at San Francisco City Hall, Mayor’s Office, Room 200. Start time is 11 am.

The kickoff event features an original flag comprised of images, words, and symbols from the 24 anti-domestic violence agencies funded by the city. The event is the first in a year-long effort to heighten public awareness and pursue a policy agenda to combat domestic violence.
